The unique net shape forging means that the solid shape of the wheels is incorporated in the forging process, this allows the grain of the material to flow closer to the final shape ensuring a super strong wheel even when machined incredibly light. The wheels are then heat treated and shot peened to further its surface strength.
Cattiva wheels are coated with an anti-oxidation treatment before being painted in gloss gold.
